CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment will be charged 35% of the scheduled service total. No-call, no-show appointments will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Cancellation fees must be paid prior to booking any future appointments.
